  1. Silence is the golden rule here and everyone must respect it, especially at night.
  2. All children under the age of 18 have to be watched by their parents.
  3. Everybody have to check that their personal accident insurance is valid.
  4. The fishery entrance gate have to be closed, 10 km/h max speed inside.
  5. Domestic animals are allowed as far as they are clean and do not disturb people.
  6. Only guests you have declared to us are allowed to enter on the fishery.
  7. Rubbish has to be collected in bin liner so the fishery stay clean.
  8. Smoke is absolutely forbidden in cottage and smokers have to collect all their cigarette butts.
  9. Boozy or junkie people are definitely not allowed in the fishery.
  10. Fire on the ground, swimming and go inside or five into the lake water are strictly prohibited.
  11. It is strictly forbidden to devastate fences, huts, footbridges, building.
  12. It is absolutely forbidden to kill, mark or mutilate fishes or animals.
  13. As far as you enter in the fishery, you have to be fair and have respect for people.
  14. All people that cause damage or infringe rules will have to pay and possibly be prosecuted.
  15. Cancelled booking or departure before end of stay will not be paid back.

  1. Only carp, catfish, tench, bream, roach and rudd can be fished in no-kill carp fishing session.

  4. It is absolutely forbidden to go out the cottage through windows, use the door.
  5. Solar system, plumbing system and water system have to be used as is without any change.
  6. It is absolutely forbidden to touch, change or alter the electrical system.
  7. It is strictly prohibited to handle solar panels, regulator and all other solar gears.
  8. Only water have to be pour in washbasin (no solid, no other liquid).
  9. It is forbidden to defecate outside the toilets, the latters must be kept clean.
  10. Rubbish has to be collected in bin liner so the site stay clean.
  11. It is forbidden to throw plastic, paper or other materials in the water or on the field.
  12. All facilities have to be returned undamaged otherwise damaged will be at your expense.
  13. Available fishing boats have to be returned in its original condition and in an appropriate location.
  14. Any breakage or loss of equipment or facility provided must be reported to us.
  15. Any equipment forgotten during a stay that will be reported to us will be available on site (no sending).
